To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and product safety, we offer a strict same-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Same-Day Returns

You may request a return on the same day of delivery only if:

1. The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaked.

2. You received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity.

3. The item is defective or has a manufacturing issue visible at the time of opening.

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return Approval

To approve your return, the following must be provided:

• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or payment confirmation).

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition unless damaged on arrival.

Returns requested after the 24-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare and Ayurvedic wellness products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Products returned without original packaging

• Returns requested after 24 hours

Refunds or Replacements

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• You may receive a replacement product, or

• A refund initiated to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process after approval.

How to Request a Same-Day Return

To initiate a return:

2. Share your Order ID, photos/videos of the product, and the issue.
